Chakra dancing and creative meditation is a free flow workout which enhances your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Through the course of the class we will work through the seven main energy centres of the body, releasing any blocks to leave you feeling relaxed yet energised. There are no moves to learn or choreographies to memorise - simply allow your body to move with the music in whatever way feels good to you. This is YOUR time, whatever your fitness or mobility level. Suitable for all ages and abilities, chakra dance will help .you connect with yourself on a profound level, elevating and uplifting you. Most of all, it&#x27;s fun!
