CHALLENGEDAYTONA International Speedway! Challenge 1.2 mi. swim, 56 mi. bike and 13.1 mi. run! This iconic race will be held on December 9th 2018!
Your race starts as special as it can be: you will swim one lap of 1900 meter inside the Daytona International Speedway – a very unique location. But also on the bike it stays very unique because after the transition you will go for one lap around Daytona International Speedway! After that lap you will leave the circuit via one of the north exit tunnels, which is very narrow and with a high degree of drop and raise, so that’s very unique again! More info about the bike course at the courses page, like riding next to the famous aero space school and just meters away of large commercial planes and runways at Daytona International Airport. After almost 90 km you turn back at Daytona International Speedway and then you will prepare for your run.
Last but not least it’s time for your half marathon. This fast running course is inside Daytona International Speedway again. Guess you won’t hit the pace the NASCAR-cars will do, but hopefully you’ll still be aiming for a great finish time and at least as important: a great experience that you won’t forget. Ever!
Next to the Middle Distance CHALLENGEDAYTONA will also host a Sprint Distance, a 5k and 10k Run/Walk and a Junior Challenge.
