11.00 Welcome from Chamber CEO and host, Heather Rose, Dean of ION, will outline the benefits of nutritional food choices

Through all the activities they promote the principles of optimum nutrition as complementary to orthodox medicine. Focusing on prevention of disorders through healthy eating and reducing reliance on remedial medicine.
ION has, through the development of the first nutritional therapy diploma course, quarterly Optimum Nutrition magazine and Clinics been at the vanguard of promoting the principles of nutritional therapy to health professionals and the public.
ION has built on its foundations of being the standard bearer of high quality training in Nutritional Therapy and broaden its offering over the years. As well as the prestigious ION Diploma, the Institute offers nutritional therapy science access courses, accredited Continuing Professional Development Programmes, food demonstration and education days.

Cancellation Policy: Event booking cancellations are refundable if received 48 hours before the event starts. After 48 hours before the event starts refunds are not payable. Exceptions to this policy are as follows:- Events such as Black-Tie or Special Evening Functions where the Chamber refunds cancelled tickets up to 30 days prior to an event start time. After 30 days prior the event is non-refundable. Exceptions are flagged on the Eventbrite invitation page.
