Give time to discuss and commit to actions that will further improve:

1. Capability to manage/lead yourself through change
2. Capability to manage/lead others through change
3. Spot the psychological reactions to change
4. Recognise the role of the leader in communicating change effectively
5. Plan how to communicate change, and support teams through it
6. Plan how to support yourself and others through change
