Join us every week for an uplifting and transformative evening of life coaching, designed to help you explore who you are, what you want, and how to live with more clarity, joy and purpose.
Led by psychotherapist and Stress Solutions Coach Suzy Beaumont alongside Life Coach Alisdair Stewart, these sessions are a blend of guided coaching, meaningful conversation, and shared reflection. Each week we’ll explore thought-provoking themes such as self-discovery, resilience, relationships, purpose, and living with intention. It’s not a lecture and it’s not therapy — it’s a safe, supportive and non-judgemental group where you can be yourself, learn from others, and take away practical tools to use in everyday life.
The atmosphere is friendly and sociable, with teas and coffees included in the £10 per person cost. While the themes we cover are deeply enriching, the evenings are also full of lightness, laughter and connection. You’ll leave each week feeling clearer, more energised, and reminded that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
