Changing Seasons Mini Retreat: Winter to Spring. A mindful pause between seasons to connect, recharge and reset.

Welcome the start of Spring with a mindful mini retreat designed to help boost your wellbeing and allow you to pause between one season and the next. This time of year is when we are emerging from winter, starting to feel more energy and light coming into our days; it's time to embrace our creativity and turn ideas in to action.
We'll enjoy a series of holistic practices designed to give you space to breath, think and be; reconnecting to yourself and being inspired by the season.
The event includes:
- Mindful meditation - a chance to slow down and come back to yourself
- Journaling practice - seasonal prompts for reflection
- Simple somatic movement to gently bring energy to the body
- A nutritious and delicious lunch inspired by the season
- A short guided nature connection walk - to help you come into the present moment, ground yourself and absorb nature's wisdom
- Creating a vision board - assemble your intentions for the season ahead
- Herbal tea and homemade cake - refresh and treat yourself!
You'll be provided with all the equipment for the vision board making. Please bring: comfortable clothes suitable for the weather, shoes/boots suitable for a walk in nature, a journal and pen.
Our venue is the lovely Promise Co farm in Worsley. We'll be in the beautiful barn which is comfortable and cosy. We'll be taking our nature connection walk on the land nearby.
No experience is necessary for any of the activities and all ages/genders/walks of life are welcome :)
