Welcome to the Art: Up poetry workshop!
Everyone is invited to this two-hour writing for self-expression poetry workshop on the theme "Changing Tides".
Facilated by creative wellbeing specialist Polly Barnes, this workshop is especially designed to support neurodivergent people in creating new writing. Everyone is welcome to attend; spaces are free, but limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
The workshop is part of the Art:Up! Poetry Accelerator, a series of events organised by the University of Essex, Waxes Lyrical Chelmsford, Poetry Plus in Manningtree, Boho Bantger in Clacton-On-Sea and the Essex Book Festival.
