Welcome to Chapter Two by Chef Forbeees, an intimate 5 course dining experience celebrating Jamaica through a modern lens.
Chapter Two continues the story that began with my first tasting event, bringing together the flavours I grew up with, the dishes that inspire me and the creativity I’ve developed throughout my journey as a chef.
Expect familiar Caribbean ingredients transformed and presented in unexpected ways, while still keeping the heart, warmth and bold flavours of Jamaican food.
This isn’t simply about coming for dinner. It’s about experiencing a story through food, one course at a time.
Parking: Free parking is available for up to four hours at Brent Cross Shopping Park, by Next/Costa on Tilling Road (NW2 1LS), directly opposite Brent Cross Shopping Centre. An usher will also be available to help guide guests from the parking area to the venue.
