Charity Model Canvas Workshop

Bishop Grosseteste University in conjunction with the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce are pleased to be holding a workshop for 3rd Sector organisations to help them develop clear actionable steps in their strategic planning.

Linette Wallace will take delegates through the Charity Model Canvas tool and specific funding opportunities that they could utilise. Andrew Harris from the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce will share, through a case study with The Butterfly Hospice Trust, how the Chamber has helped a charity to develop and grow through a 7-point strategy.
