Can I come on my own?

Yes please! There will be plenty of people who come on their own and I would love for you to be one of them. It's a very relaxed environment with a bunch of friendly, chatty gals where we can all learn something new and have a super fun time.

I would recommend parking in Central Car Park in Bournemouth (which is behind Upper Hinton Road) as it's really cheap and the walk to Patch is about 5 minutes. There's loads of other places to park too like the car park opposite the library (Avenue Road car park).

Do I need to be good at painting already?

Nope! Not at all. I am very much not a painter but I have managed to make this into my job! I will give you some hints and tips on how to use the (teeny tiny) space you've got.

I'm not very creative, do I have to have an idea of what I want to make?

No, it's better if you come with an open mind and see where your mind takes you! I will also have all of my charms available to peruse as well as hundreds of stickers to use as inspiration. I find that people often say they're not creative and then they get so swept up in choosing charms.

Can I come to both workshops?

Absolutely! If you are coming to both, I'll make sure to show you how to cut out the charms from clay in the first session so that you can paint your own charms in the second session!
