<h2>MEMBER-ONLY EVENT</h2><p>Managing and leading teams always has its challenges, but it&#x27;s especially hard to support your team in the best way when working remotely. </p><p>Learn some top tips from the leadership development experts at <a href="http://www.ethosconsulting.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ethos Consulting</a> to help you &#x27; check in. not check up&#x27; to empower and support your team to success. </p><h3>Who’s it For?</h3><p>Anyone who manages teams, whether it’s in a remote environment, a face-to-face work situation, or a blend of both where the team need your support to deliver results. </p><h3>How Will The Session Work?</h3><p>This session will run like an interactive chat show. At the end of the session, you will receive a copy of the slides used, and a copy of the chatbox containing all of the ideas shared during the session for you to reflect on later.  </p><h3>What Does It Cover?</h3><p>For lots of us, working from home or working remotely from our colleagues has become the norm over the last 9 months or so, and when you’re managing people remotely it can be easy to fall into the habit of calling them to check up on whether the work they are doing is on track, or to see if it’s “done”. The problem is that when you’re on the receiving end of those calls, it can feel a lot like micro-management. </p><p>This session provides practical guidance on how to shift your focus as a manager to a “Checking in” mindset,  creating a warmer and more trusting environment for your people to work in, and where they can feel like you’ve got their back and they feel supported. We know that happier people do better work, and taking this approach can create a workplace where people are able to perform to their best, knowing that you’re there to help them get the work done.  </p><h3>What people say about this session</h3><p>“<em>Good session, I realised the impact of my behaviour on the people in my team.
