Halton Haven Hospice provides specialist palliative care to people from Halton and surrounding areas who are living with terminal conditions. We are not part of the NHS, although we do receive some funding from them, we are a registered charity and our funding comes from our communitythrough donations, fundraising events, our weekly lottery, and legacies left by supporters in their wills. Without this we wouldn’t be here to care for those who need us.We love our local community and we love being involved, working with others to increase awareness of who we are and what we do.Thank you for choosing to support us.

Our journey starts and ends at the Hospice, exploring the best of the Cheshire countryside.We&#x27;ll have two routes available; a 60km for our beginner and intermediate cyclists and a 60 mile route for the more experienced. Route 1 - 60km (Approx. 37 miles)Best suited for beginners, you can take this 60km at your own pace and appreciate the scenery along the way. A shorter loop than our 60-mile route, but just as fun. Perfect for those who haven&#x27;t been on a bike in years or new, eager cyclists. Route 2 - 60milesOur longer route is perfect for more experienced cyclists or those up for a bit of a challenge. You’ll start your adventure on our 60km route before, taking in the stunning landscapes as you push to the finish line.Whichever distance you choose, we will see you at the finish line to collect your medal and celebrate!£30 MINIMUM SPONSORSHIP Our care services are free of charge and available to the 127,000 people of Halton and those in the surrounding areas. They are not however, free to provide, and so we ask that participants raise a minimum of £30 sponsorship* to help us to do what we do best here at the Haven – to care for local people when they need us most. The registration fee charged helps us to cover the cost of the event, while the fundraising totals help us to continue supporting our community. *Free cycle top for anyone who raises over £100 in sponsorship!
