In Summary
Traditional Christmas Ball with dinner, entertainment and dancing with round Table with food carved at the table.
Menu: Traditional Christmas dinner with Pate starter, Turkey & Gammon, yule log, coffee, cheese and port. Plus alternatives if pre-booked.
Dress: Evening wear for REA and Mess Dress for serving Officers, WO's and Sgt's. Minimum Cocktail length dresses for ladies.
Accommodation: Single Accommodation in Barracks for Friday and Saturday nights.
Transport: Provided to and from local hotels
Local Hotels: The Village ( NG9 6DL), Holiday Inn ( NG10 5NJ), Fairhavens Hotel (NG9 1JP)
Booking: Through eventbrite once open (After Corps Memorial Weekend). Booking closes on the 17th October 2025.
Cancellation: Tickets will be refunded until the 17th October. Eventbrite charges a £3 handling fee charged by Eventbrite therefore individuals will be refunded £27 per ticket. Tickets which are cancelled after 17th October will not be eligble for a refund.
