Join us for a special Pork and Sweetcorn Dumpling Masterclass as part of the Jersey Lunar New Year Festival - an intimate, hands-on evening celebrating one of Lunar New Year’s most meaningful traditions.

In Chinese culture, dumplings symbolise wealth, good fortune, and family togetherness. Guided by Victoria Li, guests will learn how to prepare traditional dumplings from scratch, from mixing the filling to folding and shaping, before enjoying them together.

This warm, social experience is designed to bring people together through food, storytelling, and cultural exchange - perfect for those curious to explore Lunar New Year traditions in an accessible and engaging way.

Ticket Information

Tickets are £45 per person and include sampling the dumplings and dough to recreate at home. Plus you can enjoy Prosecco throughout the evening.

The event will be hosted in the Cookshop department in de Gruchy.
