For this edition of our Kitchen Stories series, we’re thrilled to welcome Ed Kimber. Taking place on our 3rd Floor at our flagship store, Ed will be sharing more about his brand new mouthwatering book Chocolate Baking.

Edd is a London-based bestselling food writer and baker, known for books including One Tin Bakes and the Sunday Times bestseller Small Batch Bakes. He writes for publications such as Olive Magazine and Bake From Scratch and has appeared on Good Morning America, Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch, and was the winner of the first Great British Bake Off.
