Musical Director Ben Jones and Acting and Vocal Coach Natalie Toyne will provide a variety of free music and performance workshops for young people and adults over this weekend. If you want to improve your music reading, singing or performance skills in a relaxed and friendly environment, come along and drop in to as many sessions as you like!
You'll learn how to understand written music and musical terms, how to get the best out of your voice, and how to sing and perform with confidence. In the choir workshops you will sing alongside others and enjoy blending your voice in harmony while learning some new songs.
The weekend will culminate in a performance party on Sunday night, where participants can share their achievements and also indulge in party food and maybe even a little karaoke.
The workshops are all 1h45m and would include a half-time break of 5-10 minutes.
