Soham Yoga is excited to deliver SEND Adaptive Yoga sessions in Ealing, supported by Access Sport, and the final session before the holidays is coming up!

Saturday 13th December will be a special festive-themed session, full of fun, movement, and seasonal cheer. It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to relax, enjoy themselves, and learn a new skill in a welcoming environment. Sign up now and join the fun!

These fun, inclusive sessions are open to D/deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent young people aged 5-12, and all abilities are welcome. Instead of trying to force your body into one-size-fits-all poses, adaptive yoga fits the movements to what you’re able to do. It uses props like blankets, straps, & chairs to make the poses open to more people, & it recognises that poses aren’t everything.

When: Saturdays, 3 - 4 pm

Where: Greenford Sports Centre, Lady Margaret Rd, Southall UB1 2NP
