Supplied with all you'll need, learn how to work willow into a wreath before unleashing your creativity to make this unique home decoration. All materials are natural and locally-sourced. A mince pie and cuppa or mulled wine included as well as parking for the day.

Where can I park?

Parking is in the Carsington Water Visitor's Centre Carpark. You will need to provide your vehicle registration at the main reception on the day of your course in order to claim free parking, otherwise you may be liable for a penalty charge.

Can I get to the venue by public transport?

Yes. The 111 bus runs regularly and stops outside the Carsington Water Visitor Centre. Check times before travel.

How much walking is involved?

Carsington Water Visitor Centre is an accessible venue.

What facilities will there be?

Carsington Water Visitor Centre has a full range of facilities including shops and cafe.

If I book but I am no longer able to attend, what is your refund policy?

If you are unable to attend the course after booking please email: trainingenquiries@derbyshirewt.co.uk at least 7 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the event will not be able to claim a refund.

Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?

If you would like to transfer your ticket to somebody else after booking, please email trainingenquiries@derbyshirewt.co.uk

What is your cancellation policy?

Derbyshire Wildlife Trust reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. Attendees will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and will be entitled to a full refund.

Will the event be postponed if there is bad weather?

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather so most courses will go ahead as planned. However, in extreme cases we may cancel/postpone if the weather is likely to pose an unacceptable risk to staff and attendees. Wherever possible, we will contact attendees prior to the event start time to advise.
