Please join us for the launch of Cities Outlook 2017. Now in its tenth year, Cities Outlook is the authoritative economic index of Britain’s largest cities and towns.
This year, the report will look at the geography of exports in the run-up to Brexit, exploring the opportunities and challenges facing different cities, and national government, as they consider how to boost international trade in the years ahead. We will also look in detail at ‘one-company towns’ in the UK and the particular challenges they will face during future trade negotiations.
We are delighted to be joined by speakers: Marvin Rees, Mayor of Bristol and Stephanie Flanders Chief Market Strategist at JP Morgan and Chair of the RSA Inclusive Growth Commission and Martin Reeves, Interim Chief Executive, West Midlands Combined Authority.
