    What is the focus of this best practice webinar?

    "Civility and Respect in Action - Best Practice Council Communications" is the latest of our 'In Conversation with...' webinars. It is a unique opportunity to engage with communication experts and councillors in a roundtable discussion about promoting civility and respect through council communications, particularly on social media platforms.

    This roundtable will explore practical approaches for creating respectful public discourse. We'll look at how councils have pre-empted negative engagement, both online and offline, and what they've done if things go wrong.

    Our panel will explore how more and more councils are getting 'on the front foot' with respectful, engaging conversations with their communities, as well as looking at the crucial role that councillors in respectful community engagement.

    Each of our 'In Conversaton with Breakthrough Communications' webinars are live and 90 minutes long. They're recorded, and you'll get access to the recording for 12 months after the event.

    What's your refund and cancellation policy?

    If you cancel your ticket more than 30 days prior to the event, we charge a 20% fee. If you cancel your ticket between 7 and 30 days prior to the event, you'll be charged a 40% fee. If you cancel your ticket less than 7 days prior to the event, you'll be charged a 60% fee.
