CLAN Gathering 2026

Please register for the CLAN Gathering. Whether you have had an abstract accepted for presentation or would just like to attend, the process is the same.

Location

The CLAN Gathering will take place at UHI Perth from 16th - 17th June 2026. Perth is easily accessible on train and bus routes from all Scottish cities. The UHI Perth campus is a short bus/taxi from the bus/train stations, or around a 30-minute walk.

Programme

The programme is being finalised but the event is likely to run from 10am-5pm on both days, with registration open from 9am. Updates will be provided following the registration deadline at the end of April.

Conference dinner

A conference dinner will be hosted at a venue in Perth on the evening of the 16th of June. Attendance at this dinner is optional, and must be paid for in advance.

Accommodation

Attendees will need to organise their own accommodation. Low cost accommodation is available at the Perth Youth Hostel which is located on the UHI Perth campus (the conference venue). A range of hotels and other accommodation providers are available in Perth city centre.

Costs

This conference is not seeking to generate a profit and all fees will be put towards the hosting of the event. If you would like to attend but are unable to afford the conference fees, please contact bobby.macaulay.perth@uhi.ac.uk.
