Overview

Join us for a fun filled workshop creating a feast of classic Thai dishes.

Join us for a relaxed and flavour-packed 2-hour Thai cookery workshop.

Thai cuisine is known for its balance of salty, spicy, sour and sweet flavours. In this hands-on evening class, we’ll cook together and create a vibrant selection of classic Thai dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll learn practical techniques and flavour combinations that are easy to recreate at home.

example menu:

  • Laab Gai – Thai minced chicken salad
  • Pad Kee Mao – stir-fried drunken noodles
  • Som Tam–style salad – green papaya or seasonal alternative

Menu may vary slightly depending on dietary requirements and ingredient availability.

What’s Included

✔ Professional cookery tuition
✔ All ingredients and equipment
✔ Hot drinks throughout the session
✔ A generous meal for two people to take home
✔ All recipes from the class
