This INSET day is aimed at teachers of Classical Civilisation at A-level: it is the second CATB event in 2017 to do so. (The first takes place in Manchester on February 18th)
It aims to introduce key aspects of the new OCR specifications for A-level Classical Civilisation which will be taught for the first time from September 2017.
Workshops and talks will be offered by academics with expertise in areas of the specifications and by experienced schoolteachers; OCR will be contributing to the event.
The event is supported by the Classical Association Teaching Board and the Institute of Classical Studies.
