Have you ever wanted to step away from the noise of everyday life just for a few hours. I invite you to join me for a gentle morning of stillness, reflection, and live music.
Classical Meditation is a unique wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset your mind in a calming and supportive environment.
We’ll begin the morning with herbal tea and pastries as you settle into the space. You will then be guided through a short reflective journaling practice before moving into a deeply relaxing meditation accompanied by live pianist.
Allow the soothing melodies to support your meditation journey as you rest, breathe, and unwind.
Each guest will also receive a small wellness gift bag to take home, including cosy socks, an eye mask, and beauty treats to continue the relaxation beyond the event.
