Build 10 Real-World Projects with Claude Code in One Day

A 5-hour hands-on workshop where you go from basic prompting to production-ready AI development workflows with real code, real projects, and a certification from Packt Publishing.

📅 May 30, 2026 · ⏱ 5 hours (4h instruction + labs) · 👨‍💻 Led by Luca Berton · 🎯 Beginner → Intermediate

🏆 Packt Publishing Endorsed Certification

Instructor

Luca Berton: Luca is an AI Advisor, Claude Code Certified Instructor and Platform Engineer specializing in building production-grade AI systems, from infrastructure to intelligent applications.

He helps enterprises move from AI ambition to real deployment, designing LLM-ready environments across hybrid cloud with expertise in OpenShift AI, multi-tenant GPU orchestration, and MLOps operating models (guardrails, cost control, and day-2 operations). His work is trusted in regulated environments, aligned with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards.

But Luca doesn’t just build platforms, he builds with AI.

He brings hands-on expertise in Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows, using LLMs to accelerate real-world application development, automation, and developer productivity. His approach focuses on turning AI into a practical coding partner, shipping working systems, not just prototypes.

Luca is a global speaker at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2026 (Amsterdam) and Red Hat Summit 2026 (Atlanta), where he presents on GPU multi-tenancy and AI platform engineering at scale.

He is also the creator of the widely adopted Ansible Pilot project and author of best-selling books like Ansible for Kubernetes by Example and Hands-On Ansible Automation. A former Red Hat engineer, Luca has made significant open-source contributions, especially in cloud and AI automation.

Why This Workshop:

Designed for TechPros and Non-TechPros who want to actually ship, not just learn prompts.

  • 10+ Claude Skills which are yours to download: Every attendee receives a curated library of downloadable Claude Skills, battle-tested, ready-to-use skill files covering the exact workflows taught in the workshop. Apply them at work from day one. Skills include: CLAUDE.md templates · Code review prompts · Test generation · Best-of-N prompting · Refactor commands · Release notes · Security checklist · Git workflow · Doc generation · + more
  • 10 real projects, not slide decks: CLI tools, APIs, dashboards, test suites, command libraries, and production reviews, all built live.

Agenda

-

Part 1: Welcome, Setup & AI-First Mindset

What makes Claude Code different from autocomplete tools. The plan → implement → test → review → commit workflow. Safe delegation vs blind trust. Project 1: AI Coding Workspace Setup

Part 2: Prompting Claude Code Like a Tech Lead

Big prompts vs small prompts. Writing task briefs with acceptance criteria. How to intervene without micromanaging. Project 2: Build a CLI Task Manager

Part 3: Project Context with CLAUDE.md

Why Claude Code needs project context. Architecture notes, coding conventions, security rules, and "do not touch" zones. Keeping context concise under token limits. Project 3: Create a Project Brain File
