Clay sculpture making: Workshop
Join sculptor Farbod Nael for a fun, hands-on miniature clay workshop at The Social Hub. Create, sculpt, and decorate your own unique piece.
Join ceramic artist and sculptor Farbod Nael @farbodcermaics, for an intimate and playful miniature sculpting workshop at The Social Hub. This session invites participants to slow down and work at a small scale, focusing on detail, imagination, and hands-on making.
Using stoneware clay, you’ll design and sculpt your own miniature character or object whether inspired by fantasy, everyday life, or pure imagination. Farbod will guide you through the sculpting process, offering techniques for shaping, refining, and building strong, expressive forms in miniature format.
Once your piece is complete, you’ll have the chance to colour and decorate it, adding personality, texture, and character to your creation. No prior experience with clay is needed; the workshop is open to beginners and those with experience alike, and all materials are provided.
This workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with making, experiment freely, and leave with a small but meaningful sculptural piece made entirely by you.
