Is the venue accessible?

Portal Leith is located in a very old listed building (over 500 years old) therefore the main door and toilet is not wheelchair friendly. The shop is on street level with one small step down into the shop and gender neutral toilet facilities on the same level.

Which is the nearest tram/bus stop to the venue?

The nearest tram stop is the Shore stop on Constitution Street. The 16, 35 and 36 buses (coming from town) stop at the Shore opposite the Malt & Hops pub. The 16 (from Silverknowes) stops at Customs House. The 34 stops on Bernard Street. Portal Leith is a few minutes walk from all stops.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is no parking directly outside Portal Leith and the street is double yellow lined. The streets surrounding the Shore area have unrestricted parking at the weekends but spaces are very limited. There is free unlimited parking at Ocean Terminal shopping centre, less than 15 minutes walk.
