Luckily, Climate Fresk turns climate science into a game!The Climate Fresk is an interactive and collaborative workshop, providing foundational understanding of the climate challenge, and empowering participants to take constructive action.Based on the IPCC reports, the Climate Fresk makes climate change accessible to both novice and experts in only 3 hours, in an entertaining and exciting way.Played and praised by almost 1 million people worldwide, we are pleased to launch our first Climate Fresk at Bournemouth University, open to students and staff from BU and AUB.Come enjoy a serious reflection and discussion about climate action, and be part of the change!How does the workshop work?<ul><li>In teams, find all the causes-consequences links between 42 cards to map and understand climate change.</li><li>Summarise the challenge we face and share with others what that means for us.</li><li>Discuss about possible solutions and actions.</li></ul>The workshop is 3 hours long. There will be a short break in the middle. We start on time as there is a lot to pack in so please be on time. The event will take place in the Student Hall, Talbot House (Talbot Campus). It is easily accessible by bus and walking and we encourage attendees to use sustainable forms of transport where possible.
