Taliesin Arts CentreSwansea, Wales
Monday, Mar 16, 2026 from 10 am to 2 pm GMT
Overview

Join us in person for Climate Fresk, a fun workshop decoding climate change and sparking action together!

Workshop structure

● Climate Fresk is "serious game", but a fun and interactive way to learn using a set of 42 cards, small groups work together using their collective intelligence to create a Fresk = fresco = big picture, mural or collage by placing the cards.

● Created by Cédric Ringenbach, over 2 million participants, >85,000 trained facilitators worldwide

● Next Steps: Following attendance of the workshop, optional 3-hour training to become a facilitator?

● Not expected to become science experts, but to go away with a higher level understanding of climate change, and what you can do about it.”

Workshop has 2 parts

● In the first half, we learn about the causes and impacts of climate change.

● Then, in the second half, we will discuss how to take effective action in our lives and communities.

Things that underpin the work:

● A safe space to share

● This workshop relies on collective intelligence and listening to each other

○ Working together

○ No judgement of ourselves or others, lets try our best.

○ See mistakes as a chance to learn.
