Aspiring to be a supervisor or want to be able to understand the process of supervision of varying roles in primary care?  This is for you!

<h3>This is event is for staff working in Primary Care in Nottingham &amp; Nottinghamshire</h3><h2><br></h2><h2>Aim of this Event</h2><p><br></p><p>This event intends to enable participants to understand the requirements to be a Clinical Supervisor.</p><p>We may all be able to supervise our colleagues BUT can we always do it better!</p><p>The event speakers are NATH Educators.</p><p><br></p><h2>Target Audience</h2><p>All clinical supervisors in primary care.</p><p><br></p><h2>Objectives</h2><p>Outcomes include:</p><ul><li>To describe the breadth of clinical supervision.</li><li>To apply educational theory to clinical supervision.</li><li>To compose a de-brief and tutorial.</li><li>To apply feedback models</li><li>To be aware of workplace based assessments.</li><li>To manage colleagues in difficulty.</li></ul><p><br></p><h2><br></h2><h2><br></h2><h2>Cancellation Policy</h2><p>If you cancel with more than 5 working days' notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel within 5 working days and we cannot fill the space, then you/your organisation will still be charged. If you do not attend then you/your organisation will be charged.</p><p>If you are leaving your organisation or you have a member of staff due to leave and you/they are booked onto a chargeable course with us, it is the organisations responsibility to inform NATH of this. This is to ensure that you/they are removed from any chargeable course with more than 5 working days before the event date and therefore will not incur any costs. If the event is oversubscribed, priority may be given to those who have registered with NHS addresses.</li><li>You will receive a certificate for your attendance. Please allow two weeks for this to be delivered to your inbox.
