Where is the pick up and drop off point?

White Scene will pick passengers up at the Commercial Dock in Gunwharf Quays Marina. This is signposted for Harbour Tours and is situated to the left of the marina as you look out to the water.

Yes there are toilets on board.

Is there disabled access?

There is space for two manual wheelchairs on board. If you would like to reserve one of these spaces please contact info@clipper-ventures.com before you book your ticket.

Question 4

Are pushchairs allowed on board?

Accepted Answer

Please either leave your pushchairs on Commercial Dock (which is secure, however they are left at your own risk) or fold them up if bringing onto the boat, as space will be very limited.

What is the cost of each ticket?

Adults £16.00, Children (under 18) £8.00, Infants (under 3) free. Please note everyone including infants will need a ticket.

Can I take my own food and drink on board?

Accepted Answer

There will be drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and light snacks available to purchase, so please don't bring drinks except for water bottles on board. You can bring more substantial food (eg sandwiches) for children if needed.

Question 7

Will Wight Scene follow particular teams?

Accepted Answer

No. The boat will watch Race Start from a designated spectator area. You should have ample opportunity to see all yachts. Please note that Wight Scene depart from the marina where the teams will also depart from.

Question 8

Can I get a refund if I can't come?

Accepted Answer

Please cancel your ticket through Eventbrite if you can no longer come on the boat. You will be refunded the full value of your ticket less the administration fee charged by Eventbrite.
