Cloudwater Barrel Tasting

At the heart of our new venture is a deep love for the changing seasons, each bringing with it an invitation to enjoy the scarcity and abundance our natural environment offers.We work to showcase the ebb and flow by using seasonal ingredients at their very best, and taking inspiration from the change of lifestyle each season creates.Along the way there’ll be both old recipes and new experiments, as we use the best of both traditional and cutting edge techniques to create modern seasonal beer.

Cloudwater Brew Co

A lot of work is currently going into our barrel programme as we look to expand the range of beers we regularly produce, and delve even deeper into wild and mixed fermentation beers.
Join our barrel manager Jeremy and brewer Al at our Unit 9 barrel store to get a sneak peek into the world of wood.
They'll give you samples of beers from other brewers that inspire them, let you try some of the beers in barrel that we're most excited about, and give you pours of newly-packaged beer from our barrel programme.
It's your chance to try some rare and unreleased beers, ask questions about all things funky and find out more about the plans we have for our barrel programme, including upcoming releases.
