Clwb Hapus is a fortnightly meetup for like minded individuals to develop and share happiness tools and skills

This event will be the first of many. The aim of the event is to gather like minded individuals to share ideas or practices that bring us happiness. On Wednesday the 6th of July we will discuss the book Beginning Anew by Sister Khong, four steps to restoring communication and the benefits of this practice for you and your loved ones.Tea and snacks are provided, please bring a yoga mat or chair to sit on.
