Registration is only considered complete once payment is received. All payments are in pounds sterling only, as the event is hosted in the UK. All tickets prices are charged additional VAT.
Cancellations & Changes Policy
This pass can be transferred to another person upon receipt of written notification. Please note that the discounted registration rate is non-refundable. Please carefully read the terms of the registration you have purchased. Please inform us of cancellations or changes to your registration: registration@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
Refunds
If you notify CMC of your non-attendance BEFORE the event has taken place, then refunds are available. PLEASE NOTE: Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, so you will be refunded your ticket price MINUS the Eventbrite fee.
If you notify CMC of your non-attendance AFTER the event has taken place, then refunds are not eligible.
Department for Business and Trade (DBT)
By signing up to the conference, you agree to the transfer of personal information between The Children’s Media Conference Limited and DBT for their records.
