Tactile Memory: Capturing Textures through Clay Impressions
Guided Ceramic Workshop by Nova Ma (@N63A_ceramics)
This workshop invites participants to explore their personal and collective relationship with Wandsworth Town through touch. Using clay as a medium for recording tactile memories, participants will collect textures from the local environment and transform your tactile sensations into ceramic “paintings.” The process highlights overlooked details of daily life, from architectural fragments to natural surfaces, creating a sensory map of place and memory.
- Free workshop – all materials included. Clay will be recycled afterwards.
- If you choose to keep your piece, kiln firing is available at £8 per item.
- Supported by Wandsworth Council
