Co-producing our co-producer programme drop in
Join us to discuss some key questions that we are grappling with in relation to our co-producer programme
We've been getting on with developing our co-producer programme but as with all co-production, we are following a wiggly path and have been grappling with a few things so we would like to be open and involve you in these decisions before we open recruitment.
The areas we feel we need to discuss further with the Collective community are:
- How should we differentiate the co-producer role from other Collective members?
- What expectations should we have for this role?
- How can we make this role and recruitment inclusive and achieve our aims?
Given these questions, we welcome the involvement in these discussions, of those interested in the role, and those who do not wish to apply but wish to continue as our valued members of the Collective community.
The session is open to all - you are welcome whether you have been to previous co-producer / 'associate programme' sessions or not.
A brief reminder of what this is all about
You may find it helpful to refer to more information about this process in the following documents: the foundations detailed in the ‘working model’ document (available as PDF and Word document) and please also have a read of our current blog and the previous blog if you would like to.
The initial Co-producer role (Oct 2022 – March 2023) will be about developing this model together.
If there is anything that we can do to make the session more enjoyable for you or easier to access please just let us know.
See you soon! Thanks.
