Co-Production Workshop: Developing a Collaborative VCFSE Programme
Shape the Future of Community Support in Coventry & Warwickshire. Your ideas. Your community. Real change.
Join the Coventry & Warwickshire VCFSE Collaborative for an interactive co-production workshop bringing together VCFSE organisations, health and care partners, and people with lived experience.
Together, we’ll explore local needs, identify gaps in community support and co-design a joined-up programme that could make a real difference to local people - helping prevent crises, reduce avoidable hospital use and strengthen support in our communities.
What we'll explore:
- Supporting people living with frailty
- Improving End of Life support for people and families
- Reducing avoidable Emergency Department attendances and hospital admissions
- Strengthening community-based support
- Working effectively with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs)
- Identifying gaps and developing practical, collaborative solutions.
What to expect:
This is a hands-on, collaborative session. We’ll share learning, explore local challenges, identify opportunities, develop ideas and work together to prioritise potential interventions.
You don’t need a funding application or formal proposal. Just bring your experience, ideas and knowledge of what your community needs.
Who should attend?
We particularly welcome:
- VCFSE organisations
- INT representatives
- Care Collaborative leads
- Hospices
- ICB and system partners
- Local Authority & Adult Social Care
- Housing & community partners
- Acute & community providers
- People with lived experience.
Organisations of all sizes are encouraged to attend - especially smaller and community-based organisations whose local insight and reach are invaluable.
Why take part?
Connect. Share. Co-design. Influence.
Help shape a collaborative programme based on real local needs and contribute to a stronger, more connected approach to community support.
Come along and help us turn local insight into real action.
Please note: this workshop is a co-production and prioritisation session, not the final funding allocation decision. Ideas developed will progress through the agreed funding and assessment process.
