We are delighted to announce that we will be launching our next Coach Core programme in Middlesbrough & Tees Valley in September 2022.

If you don’t know who Coach Core are, we are a UK Charity who use the long-term power of sport and Apprenticeships to truly change the lives of young adults across the UK who traditionally may experience barriers, discrimination, and lack of opportunities. We work with local employers across the UK to support them to create a powerful and measurable ripple effect of positive change in challenging communities, through high quality sport and physical activity delivery by relatable young role models.We strongly believe that the majority of community-facing sport and physical activity providers will see significant benefits from bringing an apprentice into their workforce. Coach Core have worked with over 150 employers for more than 9 years now, including our Middlesbrough&amp; Tees Valley site (Redcar &amp; Cleveland, Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Darlington and Hartlepool), helping them bring in apprentices, with hugely successful results. This is aimed to support you to take on a new member of staff and comes with a £3500 employer grant</li><li>Career Development, Level 3 Community Sport &amp; Health Officer – designed to support existing members of staff with a Coach Core profile with an L&amp;D package for people aspiring to be project managers / coordinators (no grant)</li></ul>
