Business Mastery Programme Details:
The coaching business mastery programme, consists of 12 weekly live group sessions, which guide you through relevant topics, to help you discover your magical elixir, create your business and remove your limiting beliefs as you go.
The programmes will have a maximum of 10 people to ensure we maximise the group coaching benefits, support and personal attention.

with Jessica Reed-Robbins
Hello! I'm Jessica Reed-Robbins, an award-winning NLP Master Trainer, breakthrough coach, and motivational speaker. I have enjoyed an incredible coaching and training career that spans almost two decades.
For me, coaching is more than a profession; it's a calling that I live and breathe every day and I'm excited to share my journey and learnings with you.
My Story: From Zero to Hero
My coaching path wasn't always smooth. In 2004, I transitioned from a secure corporate job to a self-employed coach, starting from ground zero. I grappled with the realities of building a business from scratch — no mentorship, no clue how to get clients, and the daunting task of selling my services. I remember the days when even asking for payment felt impossible. But, armed with a relentless passion for coaching, a trial-and-error learning style and the transformative power of NLP, I overcame these obstacles, one step at a time.
Through my passion and boundless enthusiasm, with a frequent flex of the f***-it-just-do-it muscle, I have had the most fantastically exciting and successful career. I've worked in several different countires, met incredible people, coached celebrities and athletes, recorded a TV pilot, been part of a documentary, made enough money to live where I want to live and work as often as I like. And I'm not anywhere near done yet... I feel like I'm just getting started and there are so many more adventures to have! All made possible by coaching.
Sales Will Make or Break Your Business
The greatest challenge when running your coaching business is consistently attracting clients. Even with solid business administration and coaching skills, many coaches struggle with irregular client flow, leading to unpredictable income. Traditional client acquisition methods like cold-calling or aggressive marketing can feel inauthentic and exhausting. You got into this business because you wanted to serve...not hustle, am I right?
What's needed is a reliable, soulful approach to building a steady stream of clients, in a way thats joyful and aligned with your goals and values.
It's a lot easier to do this when you know what lifestyle you want to create for yourself, what kind of coach you want to be, who you want to work with and how you want to reach those people. You also need to know what you're selling and how much to charge for it.
A big hurdle for coaches is the notion of selling!
My approach has always been to reframe sales, so that instead of seeing people as "prospects" you think of yourself as the cavalry and that you're there to serve, not sell! We just have to find the people who we can serve and ensure that we create a relationship of value with them. We will help them move along a pathway from stranger to client, where they are in control and love every stage.

You will have a video to watch each week, containing the material. We have a 90min session each week, for 11 weeks, relating the content to your business, solving problems and removing your limiting beliefs. The live sessions are designed for groups of 5-10 coaches to give you maximum support.
No, this program is suitable for both aspiring coaches planning to start their business and existing coaches looking to enhance their practice.
You can register as a digital-only delegate. You'll receive the materials in video form along with all handouts, and resources provided to live program participants. You will not have access to the live coaching or group aspect of the program, but you will receive recordings of group sessions.
Yes, there will be exercises between sessions to maximize your learning and application of the program's content. However, completing these exercises is not mandatory and depends on how much additional time you wish to invest. A minimum of 30-40 minutes each week is required in prep time.
Yes and no. The program will address the simplest methods for creating digital assets like websites and social media accounts. We will consider freely available or low-cost tech options that are easy for beginners. ChatGPT will help to streamline these processes.
While client acquisition is a key focus of the program, the actual results will obviously depend on you. The program equips you with the tools and knowledge to effectively attract and retain clients. We will also work on your limiting beliefs which are holding you back.
I fully expect that if you complete each section of the program fully and challenge your limiting beliefs, that you will get amazing results. If you demonstrate to me that you have completed the activities fully without getting a return on your investment, you could resit or have a refund.
The program combines practical business strategies with personal development, ensuring a holistic approach to building y successful coaching business. Jess built her business before the days of digital marketing and minimal investment, so she will keep you focused on what actually works.
You could scale your business, create multiple streams of income and digital assets, diversify into workshops, trainings and keynote speaking gigs. My Trainers and Speakers Academy Program starts Spring 2024 for those wishing to develop their speaking careers.
If you can't attend one or two of the live sessions, you'll receive recordings of these sessions. You may email your questions to me ahead of time and I'll address them in the session. If you can't make a number of the live sessions, you could consider registering as a digital-delegate instead.
