<A HREF="http://www.worklifepsych.com/our-approach/our-team/dr-richard-a-mackinnon/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Richard MacKinnon</A>, Managing Director of WorkLifePsych and RQi Practitioner, will present a short masterclass on how to apply advanced coaching skills to support clients who've completed a Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi). Richard will talk about the power of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) techniques and how these can be applied to support long-term change. This event is for existing RQi Practitioners and those interested in becoming Practitioners. Dr MacKinnon will also talk about the two-day <A HREF="https://www.thisisthrive.com/coaching-resilience-1314-sept-2018" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Coaching for Resilience</A> couse which takes place on 13/14-Sept at the British Psychological Society (BPS) in London. Matthew Critchlow from Thrive will chair the evening.
