On Wednesday 24 October, we invite you to join us to learn about the importance of coaching and how we can support people to achieve goals and be the best they can be.  If your role is to develop relationships with people in communities and build relationships with people to help them make positive choices, then this is definitely a must attend event for you.
 
There will be a room full of coaching expertise and knowledge from a variety of backgrounds, so come and join them as they share their stories, ideas and experiences and there’s even the opportunity to book a coaching session to gain experience or add to your coaching hours.
 
Who’s it for?
It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone working in a role or industry where building relationships with customers is at the heart of what you do. You could be someone with years of experience, be new to role or recently out of education and/or thinking about a career opportunity where coaching people is key.
 
What you will get out of it?
You’ll hear stories, first-hand, from a number of professionals who’ll be sharing their successes and learnings of taking a coaching approach to building relationships. You’ll be encouraged to share your experiences and questions too, so be prepared to get involved in this hands-on 90mins session.

The day is expected to run from 12:00-15:30 which includes the main 90mins coaching session, individual one-to-one sessions and a break for lunch.

You can also book into a one-on-one coaching session where you’ll get a dedicated 30mins with an experienced coach. These sessions are limited to just 15 spaces so you’ll need to be quick to reserve your place.

Although lunch won't be provided we will be factoring in a 45mins break so feel free to bring your own.
 
If you're travelling by car use the postcode GL7 6JJ in your SatNav. Parking is strictly limited and only available on a first-come, first-served basis. The building is used by a large number of colleagues who are based in these offices so it would be advisable to look at alternative parking nearby.
 
The coaching summit is being hosted by Bromford but is open to all friends and connections, so please feel free to share this page.
