I have over 20 years’ experience in Senior Leadership roles within People, L&D and Leadership Development teams; spanning organisations such as the NHS, TalkTalk and Sky.

Theresa Pass

Theresa is the CEO of a young persons mental health charity, Visyon, and recently launched her coaching, mentoring and leadership development business CuriousLotusUK.

With 30 years of experience in the field of OD and innovation. She has held senior leadership roles in the voluntary, housing and public sectors. She has spent the past fifteen years embedding coaching into the DNA of the organisations she has worked with and coaching individuals for career and personal development.
