Coaching With WalkThrus | National SOUTH | Autumn Term 2025

Please note that this is a multi-event programme delivered through a combination of in-person, online and video-based sessions. By signing up you are commiting to the full programme.

Key dates:

  • Full day | in-person | Monday 15th September 2025
  • Webinar | online | Wednesday 8th October 2025 | 4pm-5.00pm
  • Webinar | online | Tuesday 4th November 2025 | 4pm-5.00pm
  • Full day | in-person | Thursday 11th December 2025

This is a great opportunity for new and existing coaches, or for those who are just getting started with instructional coaching, to learn about our WalkThrus coaching model and to develop their expertise as coaches and CPD leaders.

The programme will be led by Teaching WalkThrus Director of Education and instructional coaching specialist Matt Stone.

This popular programme is designed to support coaches who are already using, or who are planning to use, the WalkThrus toolkit to work with individual teachers, small groups or teams in their school or organisation.

Ideally, participants will attend in pairs per school or college (individual participants are welcome, but must be coaching a teacher or team at school). You'll need someone to coach in school for the purposes of the training.

Participants must complete all modules to gain accreditation.

You'll need to confirm your full commitment to the key dates, to inter-session activities, and to the accreditation process. You will need to ensure that you have the full support of your school before submitting the form.

Module overview:

  • Module 1 | Core Concepts (in-person)
  • Module 2 | Diagnose & Design (asynchronous)
  • Module 3 | Train & Model (live webinar)
  • Module 4 | ADAPT & Apply (asynchronous)
  • Module 5 | Feedback & Support (live webinar)
  • Module 6 | Embed & Build (in-person)

Please note that all participants must be currently associated with a current WalkThrus member school or organisation.

Please email Matt Stone on Matt@walkthrus.co.uk for all queries.
