Join VYVE for our first Coast & Connect community walk along the North East coastline.
This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly wellbeing walk designed to bring people together through movement, conversation, and community.
Whether you come alone or with friends, the goal is simple:
- get outdoors
- move more
- meet good people
- improve wellbeing together
The walk will begin at Whitley Bay and follow the coastal route toward Tynemouth, with an optional coffee/social afterwards.
No pressure.
No fitness expectations.
Just positive people, fresh air, and a chance to connect.
Everyone is welcome.
