codeHarbour is a technology meetup in Kent. Every month we watch two talks from technology enthusiasts, followed by general networking.

If you do you will be asked to wait downstairs. The Talk::My developer journey - a look back in timeJonathan has been programming, sometimes more successfully than others, since he was a child. Starting in MS DOS with Microsoft QBASIC, he moved to writing websites pretty quickly before moving on to web applications "because that Excel spreadsheet needs replacing". In this talk Jonathan will talk about his journey from the beginnings to now. We'll look at some historic code examples (embarrassing!) and continue to the present day. Yes, there'll be some mention of AI too. Travel::There is a free car park outside the venue. The venue is also 10 minutes from Canterbury East and 20 minutes from Canterbury West. When you arrive::Walk past the pizza company until you see a door on your right. Follow this upstairs to the meeting room. Alternatively someone behind the bar can point you in the right direction.
