<p>Coderdojo North West is back for our online event.</p><p>Coderdojo <a href="http://cheadlecoderdojo.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cheadle</a>, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ecclesdojo/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Eccles</a>, <a href="https://mcrcoderdojo.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Manchester</a>, <a href="https://stockportdojo.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Stockport </a>and <a href="https://tamesidecoderdojo.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tameside </a>have got together to run sessions on various topics.</p>

<h3>Session Details</h3><p>All sessions are running at the same time. They are:-</p><ul><li>Beginners <a href="https://scratch.mit.edu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scratch</a></li><li>Scratch games(you have good knowledge of Scratch)</li><li>Beginners Python Programming - For year 6 and above</li><li>Intermediate Python Programming - For year 6 and above</li></ul><p></p><h2>Please pick only one ticket per computer you have.</h2><h2>Ensure your attendee&#x27;s email address is correct as the session links are sent to them.</h2><h2></h2><p><strong>Equipment</strong></p><p>You will need a computer/laptops/Chromebook or Macbook. </p><p>You will need to have applications running at the same time as you can watch the broadcast.</p><p></p>

<h3>Safeguarding</h3><p>We will be using <a href="https://jitsi.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jitsi Meet</a> which is web based conferencing tool, so there is no need to install any new software.</p><p><strong>We would like an adult to stay for the session with the child throughout the session.</strong></p><p>The software allows the user to share their webcam and also their screens.  We would start the session with everybody hidden apart from the mentors. </p><p><strong>If you don&#x27;t wish them to share their webcam and are concern your child may accidentally click on share button then please tape paper over the webcam.</strong></p><p>Also Jitsi allows users to privately message each other, we have not found any other free tools that can stop that, so this is why we want a parent/guardian to stay with the child.</p><p></p>
