Coding For Good: Social Impact in Tech

CodeYourFuture

Are you interested in using your skills and knowledge in your spare time to help others? At CodeYourFuture, we provide technical training and an inclusive community for asylum seekers, refugees and those from other disadvantaged backgrounds.

As of July 2019, we are in the process of getting ready for our third cohort in Manchester and are looking for people to join us to help us grow!

During the events over the next few weeks we will be talking about CYF’s aims and how we operate, as well as explaining the different volunteering roles that are available. Our first event will focus on the technical roles, and the second will explain all the other areas we need help with - anyone is welcome to come along to either (or both)!

Schedule:
What is CYF? - Learn more about the charity, how we work and who our students are
Hear from our students
How can I help? - Hear about what is involved in our technical roles and how to apply
Q+A
