Join us for Coffee, explained, a relaxed, hands-on coffee experience over two Saturdays, designed for curious coffee drinkers and aspiring home baristas alike. No experience needed—just a love of good coffee.

☕Workshop 1: Coffee Tasting & Flavour Profiling

Saturday 24 January, 10:30AM - 12:30PM

Slow down and really taste your coffee. In this guided tasting session, we’ll explore different coffees, learn how to identify flavours and aromas, and discover what you actually enjoy drinking.

You’ll learn:

• How coffee flavour works (without the snobbery)
• How to taste and describe coffee with confidence
• How to identify your personal preferences

Perfect for anyone who drinks coffee and wants to understand it better.

⚙️ Part Two: Espresso & Latte Art Skills

Saturday 31 January, 14:00PM - 16:00PM

Get hands-on with the tools. This practical session focuses on espresso-making skills, from dialling in a shot to pouring milk and trying your hand at latte art.

You’ll learn:

• How espresso works and how to pull a great shot
• Grinding, dosing, and extraction basics
• Milk steaming and latte art fundamentals
  Ideal for home brewers or anyone curious about barista skills.
