<h2>Coffee, Tea, and PCD!</h2><p>We welcome you to a Parents Zoom call on the 13th November at 8.00pm.</p><p>A great opportunity to meet other PCD parents/carers and share experiences in a friendly and relaxed space.</p><p>Depending on the age range of attendees, it will be either be grouping conversations to discuss transition from nursery to school or for older children, transitioning between paediatric care to adult.</p><p>If you have any topics you’d like to discuss please feel free email us at parents@pcdsupport.org.uk</p>
