Our Self-development Social is our monthly evening meetup for anyone interested in personal growth, mindset, wellness and spiritual growth. We'll connect with like-minded people, have meaningful conversations, learn and grow together!What to Expect:START TIME OF 6.30PM IS FOR THOSE WANTING TO EAT, HAVE A CATCH UP OR GET TO KNOW PEOPLE BEFORE THE SPEAKER STARTS AT APPROX. 7.15PM. YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE ANYTIME BETWEEN 6.30PM AND 7.10PM. ✅ Uplifting discussions (using conversation prompt cards) ✅ Meaningful conversations over a food or drinks (purchased separately) ✅ A supportive community of like-minded people ✅ Guest speakers or activitiesHow the evening goes: *We’ll settle in, order food or drinks (purchased separately). *Guest speaker *We’ll then get to know each other and have some uplifting conversations (using conversation prompt cards) on personal growth, mindset and life in general! This Month's Speaker: Natalie McCoy Natalie McCoy is an award winning holistic and well-being therapist who helps individuals to cherish and redirect their mental health and well-being by offering a range of holistic therapies/ well-being tools/ well-being talks.Natalie will be talking to us about Polyvagal Theory and what role this has in our health and wellbeing. Polyvagal Theory demonstrates that the Vagus Nerve functions through two independent pathways; Ventral and Dorsal, which both offer vital functions for the body and nervous system. The interplay between Ventral and Dorsal forms our social interactions, emotional experiences and overall well-being. Come and join us for an enlightening evening. We are a friendly and supportive group who will make you feel welcome even if you find meeting new people daunting!
